Job Title: Options Coordinator
Closing Date: 1st April 2022
Interview Date: Week commencing 11th April 2022
24-29 hours per week- £20,484 actual based on 29 hours (£26,135 fte) plus pension.
Days and hours of work to be discussed with applicant, but normal working hours are Monday- Friday 9-5 (Friday 4.30).
Leave: 26 days per year (if full time) plus bank holidays.

One Community have an exciting opportunity to join a busy, supportive, and dedicated team at One Community. The Options service supports vulnerable people to maintain their independence in the community. It currently consists of several projects, these are Lifeline, Leaf (Home from Hospital), Personal Assistant, and Back to the Future. Projects may change. You will take responsibility for the administration of this service including supervising staff and volunteers. This is a varied reactive role where priorities change all the time, and no two days are the same. You will need to be an excellent communicator with outstanding organisational and administration skills. You will need to be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation
One Community is an independent charity providing voluntary sector support and community development in Eastleigh and Fareham as part of its role as a Council for Voluntary Services (CVS). We also provide a number of different services in the Borough of Eastleigh.
