Up Your Game, Up Your Gain – 2017!

Shopper Anonymous has come to Eastleigh.  Mystery shoppers have taken to the streets to score Eastleigh’s businesses on presentation, customer service and sales. With glass trophies up for grabs for the Gold awards, certificates for Silver and Bronze awards and commendation awards too.

The four categories are Charity, Leisure, Professional Services and Retail. To add to this we also had a Most Improved Eastleigh Business award and runner up.

The aim of Up Your Game, Up Your Gain is to increase turnover and profit for all businesses in Eastleigh by offering feedback and advice on their current state of their customer experience. Attracting more customers with the image of their shop fronts, staff presentation and the general atmosphere about the shop.

Eastleigh BID is a non for profit business that works for Eastleigh’s businesses, Shopper Anonymous 2017 was sponsored by Eastleigh BID, meaning it was free of charge to them all, normally worth over £120 per mystery shop.

 

Giving the businesses of Eastleigh the fantastic opportunity to see how your business how their customers do, learn how to enhance their experience and see how they have progresses from the awards in 2016. The programme began in April and the awards evening was Wednesday 24th May at 5.30pm being held in Infusion Spice and Grill and the awards were presented by the Mayor of Eastleigh.
