Things to do in Eastleigh in the Easter Holidays
Eastleigh’s Urban Beach is back!
From Good Friday (30th March), right through to Sunday 15th, Urban Beach is back! Fingers crossed for some sun, this is a FREE activity to keep the kids entertained in the long Easter break! Please note: Urban Beach will be closed on Easter Sunday (1st April).
Easter-Leigh Bunny Hunt:
There are 10 Easter bunnies hiding amongst the shops of Eastleigh! Can you find them? Each bunny is a different colour and may be hiding in a shop window, a shelf or in a display cabinet.
Collect your form from Eastleigh Museum!
Once you’ve found the rabbits make sure you write down the colour of each of them and their shop. Return your form to Eastleigh Museum and receive a chocolate egg!
A winner will be picked at random and you could win a Kindle Fire!

Easter at The Swan Centre:
- The first day of our FREE Easter fun is on Friday 30th March! 🐣 If you’re wondering what to do with the kids that won’t break the bank, we can help! Join us between 11am and 3pm and the kids can decorate their own Easter Bonnet at our free Easter Hat Workshop. 👒 🐰
- The second FREE activity Friday is 6th April. Puppet shows will be on throughout the day around the centre.
- The last FREE activity Friday is 13th April! This is going to be a hula hoop activity.
Come and see us during Easter Holidays for Pirate fun with the Partyman team! Why not dress up as a pirate too?? They will have face painting and balloon modelling all included in the admission price!
Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs 2: The Magic Cutlass at The Point –
On Wednesday 4th April Captain Flinn is returning to The Point with two showings, lasting an hour each, (2pm and 4pm).
Will fearless Flinn be able to outwit the pirate dinosaurs? Will Pirate Pearl be brave enough to battle the dangerous dinos and will terrified Tom be back in time for Tea? All aboard for a non-stop action packed theatrical experience with live music, puppetry and dastardly dinosaurs!

Sourpuss at The Point –
On Friday 6th April, there are two showings of Sourpuss (11am and 2pm) –
Sourpuss is a very grumpy, ginger cat. When shut out of the house he feels lost and confused, but the beautiful garden soon intrigues him.
Watch Sourpuss on his journey of discovery and enjoy learning the secrets of the great outdoors. From buzzing bees to a chirpy robin, stinky rubbish and vibrant flowers this visual show is a feast for little eyes.
This playful adventure for 3-8-year-olds features string and shadow puppets beautifully crafted by hand.
Go Bowling at Hollywood Bowl!
