One Community

One Community is an independent charity providing voluntary sector support and community development in Eastleigh and Fareham. It also provides care services, information and community transport in the borough of Eastleigh and beyond.

Their aim is to improve the quality of life for the people we serve, particularly older people, carers and people with disabilities, through the work of various projects. One Community help children, families, disadvantaged, disabled and/or older people remain independent and engaged in their local community. Their services either help support individuals or voluntary groups directly or we can signpost you or someone you care about to the right service. If we don’t know the answer we can help you find it.
