The head chef has over 20 years experience in the restaurant trade. He has been head chef at many of the top restaurants in Hampshire and has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in all that time. His food speaks for itself. Both authentic and delicious to eat, he blends traditional ingredients with a modern twist.
