The annual Eastleigh BID AGM and Recognition Awards will be held at The Chalet on Tuesday the 17th September 2024 from 5:00pm for a drinks reception and buffet to be seated by 6:00pm.
All Eastleigh BID businesses, employees and key personnel within the Eastleigh community are invited to attend the event to find out how we have performed over the past 12 months, celebrate your achievements and discover which business have gone above and beyond and won an award. There will also be special guests, The Mayor will be in attendance and voting on the night for some special awards. It could be you 🙂
There will be a new format and a number of new categories for awards this year with no external Mystery Shopping company being involved – so if you have attended previous AGM’s, this one is going to be a little bit different and not to be missed! We will also be asking you for your input and nominations.
To reserve your space early, please email admin@eastleighbid.co.uk with your contact details, names of those attending from your business or organisation and any dietary requirements. Seating is limited. Please reserve your places early. Booking closes on 31st August 2024. The event is expected to finish by 8.30pm.
