About the venue

One Community offers office space for rent or hourly hire in a prime Eastleigh town centre location.
Situated on Romsey Road overlooking the Recreation Ground and just minutes from the train station, bus station, and Southampton Airport, One Community provides flexible office suites ideal for meetings, community events, permanent office space and hot desking.
Long-Term Office Hire
We offer a suite of four offices accessible via a shared hallway, or a spacious main office with an adjoining smaller room—ideal for private meetings. These spaces are perfectly suited to businesses, community organisations, or charities seeking a central location in the heart of Eastleigh. Services on offer include a dedicated post box, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared client waiting area. For an additional charge they can also offer front-of-house reception service. Short-Term Room Hire
One Community offers flexible meeting spaces for short-term use, including large rooms accommodating up to 35 people, small offices ideal for one-to-one meetings and hot desk spaces. All hires include access to Wi-Fi.
